    this has to be the best customer i have ever dealt with. most individuals would have complained and left negative feedback immediately but this buyer was smart enought to know who was the real cause of the problem. he is the most understanding patient and coolest person i've met so far. a real stand up guy and 100% trustworthy. i feel extremely at fault for using UPS as method of shipping and i vow to make it up to this buyer.
