    The promotion form from a mail in offer was impossible to find in my town, so Felix offered to send me one, at no charge, [as Felix had a couple of extras.] A very sweet thing to do, and not only was Felix kind enough to do it, Felix was extremely prompt, and courteous! Thanks, Felix! :)
