  I paid Joe via PayPal on the 12th, he shipped out on the 13th and I had the CPU by the 15th. There was a minor snafu in the deal when it was found that Joe forgot to mention the CPU was a refurb. However, he quickly made amends by refunding a portion of the original payment. HIGHLY recommended seller, even though there was a minor bump in the deal, he was quick to resolve it. Would not hesitate to deal with him again. A+
