    Agreed to ship first, and I agreed to pay on 01/06/05, However I was a few days late on mailing the check, the postmark date of the check is 01/11/05. He claims that it has not arrived on 01/18/05 and decided to leave a negative heat even though he hasn't recieved the check and is clueless as to what date the check was sent.

    He's right. On 1/21/05, fifteen days after he promised to pay, I still have no check. I'll leave that up to you (buyer/seller) if you think this makes me unreasonable. I have 52 positive Heat/Ebay refs spanning seven years for doing business better than this.
