  I bought his Compaq M300.

  The laptop arrived with an LCD that wasn't working correctly, most likely due to shipping damage (box was torn and beat up). Joe was a real class act and agreed to a refund. I made sure that the laptop got to UPS' claims dept. to assist with getting his money back for the damage. I would definitely deal with him again. More traders need to be this thorough and courteous!
