Sukasem was very happy with this ram when he purchased it from me (http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=36537&expand[0]=307327) Then 4 days later he gave me negative feedback because the ram would not overclock as high as he hoped, but blamed it on a sticker on the ram.

I shipped the ram to him before he paid so that he could test it out and inspect the ram. He recieved the ram, inspected it, and tested it with various methods. I supplied him with 3 pictures before selling the ram to him so that he knew exactly what he was getting.

After testing the ram, he left me the positive feed back, and sent me the money via EMT instantly. He was very happy with the results.

4 days later he gave me a negative feedback demanding a full refund saying that because a sticker on 1 of the sticks had a bit of tape on it he could no longer return them to OCZ for a RMA.

This is FAULSE! OCZ was contacted and they informed me that they would gladly rma the ram if need be.

RAM was NOT DOA and Sukasem was happy with it.

Here is the thread where he tried to damage my reputation. However people didn't fall for his schrade read pages 5 and onward:

Terrible buyer, would NOT recommend to anyone, and is very rude to jump to conclusions.

Do not sell to him or buy from him under any circumstance.

    BUYER BEWARE!

    Response from sukasem
    He lied again.
    1. The ram was great oc'er for me but not for him that is why he sold this ram. and he said it did only 238 FSB.
    2. He didn't contact OCZ because this issue was bring it on Sat. night.
    3. Yes, I cought this issue after I left a positive feedback.
    4. Good thing he didn't glue that stick nicely enough. So, i look further more and see thermal tape was ripped too.

BEWARE TRADING WITH HIM, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT HE'S HIDING.
