  I sold Ralph these 3 fans, I must say, he was very easy to deal with. Because I had no heat, I shipped first. Shipping first is new to me, so I was a little hesitant at first, however working with Ralph made me feel at ease. After receiving the fans, he very quickly contacted me and made payment. This shows he is a very trustworthy, honest person. I would definitly deal with Ralph again.
