  I sold Deborah a Zire 71 with a large accessory bundle.

  hkklife was the Buyer on April 28, 2005 AnandTech

  Some unfortunate mishap on the part of USPS caused the screen to be broken in transit, despite good packaging. I refunded her the majority of hte $ and she kept the accessories in hopes of finding a replacement Zire 71. She then sent the broken Zire back to me so I could look longingly at it and verify the damage. Very friendly and always in good communication throughout.
