    I purchased a motorolla surfboard cable modem.

    I purchased the modem, and when it arrived the power cord was missing. I didn't have one that would work, and couldn't find one locally. I asked that he try to locate a replacement (he said that he could get them locally at little expense.) and that I would cover the cost. He then stopped responding to my emails. The fact that this was just an oversight would have disuaded me from leaving anything but a positive eval, but his unwillingness to resolve the problem, even at my expense, warrants a neutral eval.

    I was out of town,a nd was unable to reply to emails during this time.

    This has since been resolved.
