  I bought two Opterons. I paid in advance with a cashier's check and then sent additional cash to keep them from being mailed, uninsured.

  Cecil Strange was the Seller on June 5, 2005 2CPU

  I was disappointed that it took a month to complete this deal but I do not fault sechs for being extra careful in a $500 transaction with a stranger. The chips work great and I saved a few bucks by buying them used.
