  I purchased a retail BBA X700pro

  Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with, (our second time) when he shipped the retail box (express I might add, nice touch!) he didn't have the HDTV dongle and ordered it from ATI and had it sent direct to me. Super attitude when it wasn't installing well for me, he was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the product and was willing to take it back if need be, but it all worked out fine. Absolutely an outstanding trader! thanks Jonathan!
