  What a great guy! Communication was very friendly, very informative, and all-around awesome. The packaging on the sound card floored me...card inside anti-static bag inside styrofoam encasement inside peanuts--great! He even returned an Xbox game I forgot to remove from the console. Highly, highly recommended.
