After numerous attempts, Devil was not able to get out the rest of the necessary parts for the waterblock. After much time, he eventually realized that it was better to offer a full refund, and he did so. Sorry about the mailing issues, man, and I do appreciate all of your attempts, as well as the full refund. A+ guy here!
