    ATi Radeon 9700 Pro with Artic Cooling VGA Cooler, came DOA

    I gave him most of the money up front since he had more heat then I. He hadn\'t used the card in a while and was unsure of the condition of it. The card came DOA, he promptly refunded me the money.
