    I purchased a Canon iP400 Inkjet Printer.

    Well things didn\'t go too well. FedEx damaged the printer in shipping and were very difficult with the insurance claim. Giovanni did a great job the whole way letting me know the staus, and once he finally got the news that fedEx was sending out a check he refunded the money back to my Paypal account. Thanks for being so honest!!! I would buy from again! A+++
