    The packaging was very well done and communication was excellent. Shipping was prompt.

    One of the RAM sticks apparently died in transit. He was very understanding and refunded me the cost of the stick after I tested it out in another laptop to confirm.

    Overall, this was a great transaction. I would definitely deal with him again in the future!
