    Bought 2 6800GT\'s from Ray.

    Carnage4 was the Seller on April 3, 2006 AnandTech

    Ray shipped out the video cards quickly in secure, original boxes. He provided a DHL tracking number and personal contact info/phone number right away to make sure everything went smoothly. Both cards were packed well with extra amounts of packing peanuts and bubble wrap.

    One of the cards worked perfectly with no trouble. The second card had some physical problems (grime of some sort on the heatsink and card). Tested the second card out to find it also artifacted like mad at boot.

    I contacted Ray about the two problems. I initially thought that this could be a big problem of \"he said/she said\" due to some other recent transactions I\'ve been reading on the boards; Ray proved me dead wrong. He immediately offered to remedy the situation by refunding the payment for the one non-working card. Payment for one of the cards was refunded shortly after.

    A lot of traders wouldn\'t do what Ray did. Everyone can get positive Heat from a transaction without any problems - Ray handled the situation remarkably well, and I\'d **highly** recommend trading with him, especially if you need your faith in your fellow traders restored :)
