    smooth deal from start to finish. we closed the deal over ICQ and Wayne cross-shipped with me. the palm III arrived (extremely well-packed) even before my money order did, and Wayne took the trouble to upgrade the OS and include a disk with extra apps for me. A+ trader all the way.
