    Item came with damaged heatpipes, but is still in good working condition. Since I got it for a good price, there\'s not much I can complain about. However, I was not informed about the bent and creased heatpipes prior to the sale. This is partially my fault and partially operaman\'s. I should have inquired about the condition of the product and/or asked for a picture of it. Operaman should have noticed this flaw and prompted described its condition to me prior to my purchasing it. Overall, despite this little bump in the road, he shipped extremely quickly, provided confirmation and tracking, and offered for a full refund of the product. He states that he had no knowledge of this problem and it seemed all in working condition at the time. At this time, I am tired of video card swapping to return for a refund. Overall, it has been a more positive than negative experience trading with operaman. Recommended.
