    I shipped in a timely manner, and expected the same from DA. All He needed to do was paypal me but it took him 9 days, his lack of communication (none actually) is the reason behind the neutral feedback.

    Issued payment, and I apologized for the lack of communication. We actually had a DSL problem for about a week that caused the problem.
