    Charles was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even with his substaintial number of heat over mine he allowed me to send him the cash first, he shipped his monitor and when I got it I shipped mine. The transaction was without a hitch. I received the monitor about 2 days after he shipped in PERFECT condition. I shipped mine out 2 days later, packaged like a tank. I would definitely do business with Charles again.
