  I bought a Dell 17\" LCD from Paul.

  The deals that go smoothly are the easy ones.This deal took some time to complete as the PO lost the LCD.Throughout the deal Paul maintained contact and immediately replaced the missing LCD.When a deal goes bad is when a traders true mettle is shown and Paul handled this one in an exemplary manner.
