    I bought two 73gb Seagate 15K SAS harddrives and an LSI controller from Sam. When we discovered that the drives did not have a standard manufacturer\'s warranty, Sam generously offered me a full refund plus reimbursement for return shipping.

    Sam maintained friendly and professional communication throughout the transaction, and he shipped the drives very quickly. Even though the deal did not work out as expected, I would gladly do business with him again.
