    bought a 3Com Palm IIIx

    jorak was the Seller on November 13, 1999 AGN

    Deal went well at first. We agreed to cross ship. I sent out the MO on Monday, the next day. He even emailed back to verify my shipping address (work). Well, it then went to hell. I didn't receive it by Friday. I emailed asking where it was. No response. I email again. He responds saying he shipped it Thursday. Monday, no Palm. Tuesday, no Palm. I go home, and there's the Palm sitting in the dirt next to my apartment, from w hich I've had Mail disappear before. I check the postmark. My, it's dated Friday. I'm guessing he reneged on the cross-ship and waited for the MO even though I emailed him the tracking number on Monday. The Palm looks great, but I'm very pissed over the slowass shipping without an email explanation, and the fact that he sent it to the wrong address AFTER he'd already verified where to ship it to. I'll never deal with him again.
