  Reason for Neutral: Transaction took over 5 months to complete. He initially was waiting on the PCP&C to return from RMA and the package was lost in the mail. While not his fault it should not have taken so long to take care of. When the deal was taken care of, He was very sorry for what happened and was quick to send me a few extras. I was happy with the transaction in the end, and Acegoober made up for the lengthy wait.
