    had problems with the ram due to errors so talked to crucial and they were willing to rma, contacted dingaling and offered to do the rma from my end as I still wanted the ram got my new ram a month later due to low stocks at crucial

    at all times dingaling kept in contact and was willing to accomodate me and compensate me for rma shipping, very easy to deal with and origonal package was shipped quickly and very well packed, wouldn\'t hesitate to deal with him again
