    UPS mis-routed the drive and I had to call them and run a trace to find it (1 day before their scheduled delivery date of the 22nd). I offered to return his money if they could not find it. They found the drive 1 business day after the trace was filed and the drive was delivered to him. I don\'t believe a neutral eval is warranted when UPS caused the delay and not me. I shipped (insured and packed well, shipping cost $9 he paid $4 because that is how much he said it should have cost) the drive the same business day that I received payment, provided tracking# the same business day as payment received, and updated thread with up-to-date status of the where the drive was throughout entire process and offered to return his money once UPS finished the trace. I did everything I could during the transaction to make this smooth and a neutral eval is not warranted. I had no control over UPS mis-routing the drive, but I called them and started a trace and provided all information as needed to expedite the process and also offered refund. What more could I do to have made this a postive experience for you?
