    fast shipping! item came well packaged. had problems with ram running on my board. he suggested updating my bios and trying in another system. turned out i needed a bios update. now nomore errors and system is running stable. this guy was here there for me when i needed some help. great guy to deal with and will look forward to purchasing from him in the future if there is another transaction. A++++
