    Paid for this item via paypal on a saturday. The item was sent to be sent to my father\'s address (a confirmed address of mine). The item was intended to get to him by the 15th and to be sent by first class mail).

    After 4 weeks, the item never arrived. The seller could not provide any evidence of shipping (not even a receipt). I wasn\'t looking for tracking information, just anything to show it was sent. He couldn\'t provide it so I opened a dispute with paypal. He said he would refund me if I dropped the dispute (but would have taken awhile the ability to escalate to a claim). I could not take the risk so I escalated it to a claim the next day. About a week later I received my refund.

    Neutral Feedback is left because I never got the item but did get a refund eventually.

    Again, if the seller could have shown me evidence of having shipped the item, I would have eaten the cost of the item. Even if it were to be shipped by another method would not have mattered if he did not save any records of shipment.
