    Great communication! We used USPS online shipping method and there were some delay because of his local PO fault they shipped wrong service and forgot to scan tracking nr.(not express service which we paid for)! And after 10 days of waiting I though it\'s already lost and Juan already agreed to give me refund! But I was really surprised when I finally received shipment after 13 days of waiting! So we got trough without any loses except he paid for express service but USPS shipped it via priority and without tracking info! Bad service! :(

    Anyway great communication- always responded polite and quickly! Shipment packed very well!
