Twigglish made an honest mistake - plain and simple. He offered a FULL refund and even told me I could keep the item!! But, I felt bad, so I covered shipping. GREAT GUY and an honest mistake is always expected, even from the best. He made things right, and communication was great! WILL DEF do business with again. A+
