  I purchased a pair of new Zalman Coolers and some water cooling parts. There was a slight mix up with the shipping costs but all was sorted out fairly on both ends.

  Excellent communication and a great deal made the transaction very easy. Item shipped same day payment cleared. Quick shipping considering the Easter holiday. Item arrived as described with possibly even more then advertised (lots of small useful parts.)
