  I bought a NIB EVGA 8800-GTX Ultra from him

  Crosshairs was the Seller on September 22, 2008 HardForum

  I asked him to ship first due to his low heat and he promptly agreed.
  
  he shipped me exactly what he said he would and sent it quickly and packed like a pro.
  I would not hesitate to deal with him again, and I would even pay first next time..:)
