  Purchased a couple of sticks of laptop ram from Cliff.

  Wow what a positive transaction. I was a bit worried about this picky laptop I was working and Cliff offered a full refund before he shipped if it did not work out. I kind of needed this on a deadline - and Cliff shipped immediately upon payment. Got it right when I needed it. All the while he remained cordial and courteous in our conversations.
