  Tehbolt offered to sell me a Samsung ToC 240HD 24\" monitor in response to a thread I had posted.

  I paid Tehbolt 1/2 the cost through Paypal ($125) and was going to pay the other half when item was shipped. Tehbolt never shipped the item, offered a refund which was never recieved, and now I have a claim filed with Paypal. I have not heard from Tehbolt for near a month...
