    Michael agreed to ship large ticket item 1st due to being new on the forum and very limited heat...Packaging was great, fast shipping and great communication. The laptop is exactly what he described it to be as well. he takes good care of his stuff! I wouldnt hesitate to do business with him again...Thanks for the great lappie at a fair price!
