    He received one of them DOA, though I had pulled them out of a working system. He was totally cool about it, I offered to refund his money for the drive and cover costs. He asked for a small fee to cover shipping to western digital, I made no argument as it was more than fair for me. Very pleased that he reacted the way he did, I would do business with him anytime!
