  Excellent communication and patience (I was waiting on a payment to post to my CC instead of sending a M/O and waiting that way). He waited, was understable. Product was shipped immediately when I paid. The packaging was excellent, shipment had tracking provided, and insured, and overall I couldn\'t be happier with the quality. Excellent guy to deal with, wouldn\'t hesitate to do it all over again.
