    Paid for a Radeon 4850. He said he would ship it out the next day, but no card arrived. 10 days after payment, I inquired about it and he insisted he shipped it.

    I\'ll never know if he actually shipped it and it got lost in the mail, but he did give me a full refund. Thank you.
