    Bought a 30GB 4200rpm laptop drive.

    cptcrunch was the Seller on August 19, 2009 AnandTech

    I received the drive DOA, either due to the packing or shipping (USPS). Chris shipped out the hard drive quickly (shortly after payment) and it arrived 2 days later (CA to KY).

    I contacted Chris after the drive was DOA, and he requested that I test it further. Upon further testing, and the offer to send Chris a video to show how dead it was, it was agreed that the drive was dead and a refund was in order. Chris refunded my money quickly and apologized for the issue.

    I will have no issues dealing with Chris again in the future.
