    fowen was the Seller on December 28, 2009 HardForum

    FitSeries posted on my HardForums thread about a tuner that he had listed on another forums that I was looking for. I was a little weary because he did not have his HardForum username on his Heatware listing but I sent him an email listed on his Heat and he responded.

    I sent PayPal payment to the same email address and he said it would go out the same day. I asked for tracking information and did not get a response.

    I asked every day for the next few days if it had been shipped out and I received no response. I thought maybe because of the holiday he was away from the computer so I checked the forums. The forums showed him signed on the same day. I sent him a PM and still no response even though he signed on to the forums multiple times.

    I have put in a PayPal complaint. Hopefully this is all just a mis-understanding and I receive the card and can retract this feedback as well as the PayPal complaint but at this point it doesn\'t look good.

    FitSeries has now contacted me stating that he had shipped the item and was out of town. Even though he was signing into the forum he was doing it from the mobile device and it didn\'t allow him to respond via PM. He has said he will refund the transaction even though he shipped in hoping I would pay him back if I received it. I have asked for the tracking info. I have also (at this time) changed the Rating to Neutral from Negative.

    item was shipped promptly after payment was recieved. i left town for the christmas and newyears and only had my phone for internet access which only allowed me to check the forums, not my PMs for some reason. i promptly responded when i returned home and refunded the money quickly due to the loss of the package(thanks to USPS). IF the package arrives at the buyers address he agreed to pay me for the card promptly. i have been more than accommodating for this situation considering the holidays and bad weather in the midwest. as you can tell i have a very good record for shipping items quickly so this ONE time that the post office lost the package is not entirely my fault. as i stated, i refunded the money promptly and in full.
