    After negotiating the deal and reviewing his heat i shipped first. I was hesitant at first due to a few past questionable reviews but he didn't make lame excuses and was up front about his past. He paid shortly after receiving his hardware and i wouldn't hesitate to trust him again. His communication is good, he does have a LOT of positive evals and is a longtime trader; don't let those few evals scare you.
