    I sold Alan a pair of DDR3 modules...unfortunatey they were laptop modules and not desktop modules as he thought they were.

    Normally I do not do refunds but this guy was very apologetic and just made an honest mistake of not reading the item description. He immediately sent the memory back to me, I refunded him his money minus my fees, and I was able to quickly resell the memory to someone else. So it all worked out well for everyone in the end.

    I'd gladly do another deal with Alan again anytime!
