    Purchase of 2nd generation iPod Touch 32GB

    gnawrot was the Seller on October 31, 2010 HardForum

    The buyer was patient and was willing to wait for funds to arrive in my paypal account. He shipped the ipod with 2 cases the next day and it arrived safely 3 days after my payment.

    However, the ipod was 2nd generation but not 3rd generation as advertised. He was really sorry and felt really bad about this mistake.

    He agreed to my proposed resolution and all matter has been resolved properly.
