    Purchased an HP 8510W "in like new condition" with a 160gb HD. The unit arrived with a broken LCD latch, finicky keyboard and broken battery latch and above with a 120gb HD, not 160gb.

    While SoulSaver did refund $20 for the HD discrepancy, she refused to offer a timely refund on the unit if I ship it back saying I'd have to wait until tax season. This is on top of shipping delays that I was not notified about until I called to get the tracking # that was already a day late, in the end the shipping debacle that led to me getting the machine after 7 days did have partly to do with the USPS. I paid $10 less for an 8510P on eBay that arrived in better condition in less time with no hassle.

    I'm sorry, I hate to leave neutral evals but this could have been avoided if you were as careful of a seller as the other "GOOD" sellers across the forums. The whole point of forum trading is to shame eBay and you trade like an eBay seller, not a respectable forum trader.

    You did try but half assed is still half assed and this could have all been avoided if you knew how to list items properly, ship items yourself in a timely manner after being paid and keeping in contact with people as soon as an issue arises.
