  Purchase of ATI Radeon 9800SE (8X AGP) with passive cooler.

  The seller offered me an AGP video card (ATI Radeon 9800SE) with Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 passive cooler and agreed to ship first due to my higher heat. The video card arrived relatively quickly with bracket bent and passive cooler skewed. Darren was notified about this issue and responded immediately. He was willing to resolve the issue, offered his help and actually delivered it. I straightened the bent bracket, reapplied the thermal paste and installed the cooler. The video card works fine now.
