  This buyer was incredibly patient and communicative. We had some big problems because UPS destroyed the card in transit. I was able to issue a refund and the buyer remained calm and patient despite delays and this obviously big problem. I was cautious because I have been burned in the past. From this 1 experience I would not hesitate to do business with this person again.
