    I bought three Panaflo 38mm fans

    hlay was the Seller on May 22, 2011 AnandTech

    Shipping was quick and transaction was smooth up until I received the three fans. Two of the three fans had a slight vibration to them which caused excessive noise. I immediately contacted Stephen and we worked out a deal where both parties were happy. Excellent and understanding seller.
