    dutnguye was the Seller on August 7, 2011 HardForum

    receive the money, issue a refund the next day. however paypal can't access his account to give me a refund. I contact him, he stated he would refund me asap but has cease communication since. Then all of a sudden he change his alias on heatware. Avoid trading with this seller

    UPDATE- Still no reply after i have contact him plenty of times about the refund issue. This seller is a troll and he just rip me off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON.
