    I purchased a Patriot Wildfire 120GB SSD.

    I had some issues with the seller on this transaction.

    Below were my concerns.

    1. In his sale, he had a picture of the original box/packaging. The drive arrived without the original box. I later learned it did not "fit" in the shipping box he used. He promised to send me the original box. After a few more messages to him this past month, I cannot get a response back from him.

    2. As noted above, the drive came in the plastic holder the drive sits in. This holder does not securely hold the drive. Once I opened the box up, the drive was loose inside the box, not wrapped in anything. The drive does work though, so not a big issue but wanted to note the poor packing.

    3. The drive was physically opened, tearing the warranty sticker, thus voiding the warranty. He states that he mentioned this in his sale, but his sale stated that the drive was used for review purposes and are barely used (which it is) but no mention of it being physically taken apart.

    He did nothing to make the situation better (offering to take the drive back) and I'm left with a drive I paid a lot of money for that does not have a warranty and no responses back from the seller.
